A stone throw’s away from the artists’ paradise of Pont-Aven, nestled between the historic sea towns of Quimper and Concarneau, in the quaint Breton hamlet of Coat Beuz Izel, it's a pretty home with whitewashed stucco walls and blue shutters, two terraces and a covered patio, far from the neighbors in the midst of a neat generous garden.

Only 1 mile from the shops and from the Port La Forêt, easily accessible on foot or by bicycle, all the water sports are at your finger tips (sailing, wind surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, wind carting, etc.).
In the same neighborhood, on the shores of the La Forêt Bay, is the Cornouaille Golf Club (18 holes, Par 71), its Pro-shop in an extraordinary 18th century manor with all the charm of yesteryear.
The beautiful sandy beaches of La Forêt Fouesnant (only 1 mile from the house) are surrounded by more than 20 miles of marked footpaths for long walks to discover this charming picturesque village, lively with its regional open air markets and cultural life (art exhibitions and music festivals).
